What data we collect

Team Rummy collects the following personal data when you create an account:

• Name and short name — displayed to other players in your groups
• Email address — used for account authentication
• Profile picture (optional) — uploaded by you and stored securely

When you use the app, we also store:

• Game data — match results, scores, rounds, and player statistics
• Group and tournament information — groups you create or join

How we collect it

• Directly from you when you register (email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In)
• From your device camera when you scan a QR code to add a player (the scanned data is not stored beyond its intended use)
• From your photo library if you choose to upload a profile picture

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the Team Rummy app experience: tracking game scores, managing groups, and displaying player profiles to other members of your groups.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Storage), hosted by Google LLC. For details on Google's infrastructure security, see the Firebase Terms of Service.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• View and edit your profile information in the app
• Delete your profile picture from the profile screen
• Delete your account from the profile screen — this removes your personal data and deletes your authentication account
